Cancellation/Refund Agreement

Refund Policy for Non-Instructor Led Courses:
Full refund if requested up to 15 days after purchase. Full refunds will be issued to the attendee within 10 business days of the request and granting of refund. Refunds will not be issued to interpreters who register for courses not approved by their certifying organization. Refunds will not be issued based on subjective dissatisfaction with course content or presentation.
Non-Instructor led courses must achieve 70% Passing score for certification and credit. All Non-Instructor led courses must be postmarked or received via electronic delivery prior to the course expiration date listed in the downloaded coursework. Class submissions received after the listed expiration date will be dated upon receipt of the coursework. If classes are submitted after the applicable state judicial expiration of coursework, the Interpreter Training Group will not be responsible for the denial of coursework credit, nor will a refund or credit be granted. NO EXCEPTIONS!​ All classes offered in this bundle expire in April 5, 2024.
This bundle offer is a "stand-alone" offer. It cannot be used to mix and match, credit off-set or be used as discounted pricing for any other class or workshop offered by the Interpreter Training Group
